Payment terms
- Stock items - full payment prior to shipping
- Non stock items/special orders - 50% payment on order and 50% prior to dispatch.
Warranty Conditions
- New items come with a 12 month warranty.
- New / Old stock or Second Hand instruments come with a 3 month warranty
- Warranty does not cover springs, screws or any damage/mis-use
- Drill warranty is subject to adhering to manufacturer cleaning and maintenance
